BCHT is chartered and owned as well as governed by a privately appointed board of trustees known as the BCHT Board consisting of XX  members elected to a five-year terms, 3 elected life officers (President, Registrar and secretary) and xx ex officio members ( from alumni association). The Provost reports to the President. The Board approves the budget, new programs, and faculty appointments, while the President serves as the chief executive officer of the college and presides over the Institute’s faculty. BCHT’s endowment and other financial assets are managed through the board of BCHT.
